The room was spacious and clean. It had a nice bathtub! The location was perfect, just a short drive to enjoy the sun and beach vibes. The pool area was fantastic too, perfect for lounging after a day out.

Exceptionally nice rooms and hypoallergenic pillows. Particularly good view overlooking garden. Particularly good position in the middle of the city. Also - short walk to the beach or nearby and Patong in a timely fashion.

Location: the hotel was right by Patong, and beaches and the center of Patong. We had early meal in Giraffe Stop, based nearby.

The pool area was fantastic and perfect for lounging.
The Wi-Fi was completely unreliable during the evenings. The beds were rock-hard, resulting in sleepless nights. I faced issues with cleanliness as my room was not properly serviced. Nobody changed the bedding throughout my stay.

The stay was quite solid overall. Even though I faced some issues with room cleanliness, the room I was in had a decent design and was located close to the beach, making it easy to grab some sun. I especially appreciated the staff's prompt assistance when I had a minor issue with the safe. As a solo traveler, being able to reach local attractions like Patong Football Club and the Night Market within a short walk was a big plus.

The welcome drink upon check-in set a nice vibe, and the spacious room had fine balcony views. The hotel's exterior design is striking and sets the tone for your stay.
There are some bumps along the way. Wi-Fi can be spotty, especially in the evenings, a drag if you need to connect. Breakfast is lacking in variety and quality, and there are some cleanliness concerns, disappointing when you expect a higher standard. No room service is available, and the lack of fitness facilities is an oversight considering it's advertised.

Perfect stay near Patong
The room was spacious and super clean, loved the bathtub! We chilled by the poolside bar which was nice. Only thing was the mattress was kinda hard for my hubby, he struggled to sleep well. Taxi rides to the beach were quick and cheap too!

The wake-up service in my premier room was a nice touch! It was cozy, and I appreciated having tea and coffee-making supplies, along with a fridge. the location here is unbeatable and peaceful, with a lovely view of the swimming pool. ☕.

The room I stayed in offered amazing tranquility, awesome for a restful sleep. The pool view was enchanting. The staff were genuinely great .
